Powered by a custom Drupal software build, Chestnut Park’s online presence acts as the hub for every listing within their portfolio. Available listings are dynamically populated with information from multiple real estate outlets across Ontario, and users are able to see the breadth of every featured estate without leaving the site. Robust search functionality was integrated to allow users to better sort through potential properties, and was featured prominently on the homepage to increase general usability.

The latest iteration of the website completed in 2012 focused specifically on updating the visual creative, and increasing search engine visibility. To do this, we rebalanced the content to focus on user-centric tasks such as finding properties or agents, streamlined the navigation and utilized clean, semantic markup. At launch, the renewed interface was implemented with no downtime through the use of custom script.

Working with Design Lab over the past several years has allowed us to make great strides in the online and mobile space. They are a unique agency whose customer first attitude has allowed both of us to succeed beyond expectations. Their ability to deliver is second to none as they “raise the bar” every day.
