The Challenge:
Diamond manufactures the world's leading composite general aviation aircraft ranging from a two seat single engine to a 5 seat personal jet. Diamond has the best safety record and the most efficient (and green!) GA aircraft in the sky. We designed their website so that no matter how much (or little) you know about flying, the website would speak to you in a manner you understand, driving sales and building the Diamond brand.
Great marketing needs a great brand as its foundation. We spent many months working on how to take Diamond's 15 year old brand to the next level.
Effectively it all came down to one key word: inspiration. Our goal is to inspire pilots of every age at every stage of their flying.
The heart of Diamond's marketing is manifested online. Our research showed that 92% of people considering purchasing a new aircraft used the internet as a key source of information to guide their decision.
We interviewed pilots, student pilots, flight schools, and many other demographic groups to understand how to build a site that would inspire people to "go Diamond".
