As Canada's leading fashion retailer, Holts brings excitement and leadership to high end fashion. Design Lab rebuilt the Holt Renfrew website including a custom content management system and introduced loyalty building programs such as personal shopper and enewsletter promotions that created a 10 times ROI. We helped integrate the new Holt Renfrew branding, launch the new Vancouver store and the new Holts Shoe initiative across the country.
