The Challenge:
Formerly known as Penny People, Penny Paper Co. needed an ecommerce site with a simple back end admin tool to enable small business owner Lindsay, to efficiently and effectively manage a large volume of orders. We created a full ecommerce enabled website, commerce engine, live help area, a database driven customer account system plus a content management system.

Just a few months after the initial launch, sales increased 40%, administrative tasks were cut by 75%, client satisfaction has increased dramatically and site maintenance has declined steadily.
